An initial, non-refundable deposit will be secured at the time of booking confirmation. Accepted credit cards are Visa and MasterCard (transaction fee of 1.95% applies).
The balance, along with any applicable vehicle security bond, will be secured directly by the supplier on arrival.
The supplier requests a passport in addition to a credit card, with available credit and in the renter's name, must be presented. The signature on the back must match the name imprinted on the card. In addition, if the renter has an online transaction, the number and name printed on the card presented by renter must match the name and number stored for the online transaction.

An authorization on the credit card in the amount of $1000 plus the cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. This authorization amount may be used toward damages of vehicles or late charges.
Debit/check cards are considered to be any non-credit card American Express®, MasterCard®, VISA®, Diners Club®, Discover® logo. Debit/Check cards are not accepted at this location.
Cash is not accepted at this location.
In the event of cancellation the initial deposit paid remains non-refundable.
Collision Damage Waiver
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW1) is not insurance. The purchase of CDW1 is optional for economy to fullsize and mandatory for premium and above.
You may purchase CDW1 for an additional fee. If you purchase CDW1, we agree, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate CDW, to contractually waive your responsibility for all or part of the cost of damage to, loss of the vehicle.

Theft Protection 1 (TP1) covers theft of rental vehicle and has a deductible of 20% of vehicle value. If TP is declined, renter is responsible for the full value of the vehicle.
Third Party Liability
Primary Liability Coverage (PLI) The purchase of Primary Liability Coverage (PLI) is mandatory unless customer has insurance coverage for country. Proof of valid insurance is required at time of rental.
PLI provides you with minimum financial responsibility limits as outlined in the applicable motor vehicle financial responsibility laws of the country where the vehicle is operated.
PLI provides liability coverage of approximately $5700 USD for all accident related expenses not pertaining to the rental vehicle.
If PLI is purchased in conjuction with Collision Damage Waiver, the cost is reduced.

Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI1)The purchase of personal accident insurance is optional and not required to rent a vehicle
Personal Accident Insurance covers ambulance service, doctors, hospitalization and nurses for each passenger in the vehicle, with a maximum limit of $5,000 USD per event.
Tire & Windshield Protection (TWP)
Tire and Windshield Protection (TWP)
Tire & Windshield Protection waives customer's liability in the event of damage to tires or windshield.
• All additional drivers must meet all rental requirements.
• Additional drivers must appear at the rental counter with the primary renter.
• Additional drivers must sign the rental agreement.
• An additional daily fee may apply for any Additional Drivers.
The additional driver can only be added to the contract at the pick up location.
The maximum number of additional drivers permitted per rental is unlimited.
Chauffeur/Driver Service is available at $100 per day up to 12 hour. If service exceeds 12 hours the charge is $16 per hour. Service includes driver and a midsize vehicle, fuel, CDW-TP, PAI and PLI. Cross Border Policy
Cross border travel is permitted anywhere in Central America only at a surcharge of 100.00 USD. In addition, the customer must purchase a cross border permit from the rental station at a cost of 50.00 USD. The cross border permit must be purchased 72 hours in advance. Cross border travel is only permitted for reservations with a minimum rental length of 7 days. Roadside assistance is not available outside of El Salvador.
All one way rentals must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. One way charges apply and are payable at time of rental. One way charges cannot be prepaid.

As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel.
Option 1- We Refill

Option 2- You Refill
This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas to avoid extra fuel charges
GPS Navigation Device – $12.00 per day or $60 per week. There is a replacement fee of $400 if the GPS is damaged or not returned.
Child Safety Seat – $5.00 per day.

While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness of any vehicle. We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.
Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice.
If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.
In booking on this website you acknowledge that we disclose your information to your selected Supplier in order to provide the requested rental services.
Vehicle capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.
In the event of cancellation, any deposit amounts paid at the time of booking are non-refundable.
If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.
