An initial, non-refundable deposit will be secured at the time of booking confirmation. Accepted credit cards are Visa and MasterCard.
The balance is to be paid directly to the supplier on arrival. The supplier accept Visa, MasterCard, AMX and Debit Card.
All our vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel. Refueling and service charges at 20% of fuel cost are applied in case cars are returned without a full tank.
Renters must be 21 years old for the rental of cars falling under group A to group E. And from car group F to Car group LC, renter must have completed at least 25 years of age.

A valid credit card must be presented to the Fast Rent A Car rental counter at time of pick-up to cover any additional anticipated charges not covered by the prepayment amount. Credit card is required as a guarantee against payment for the traffic fine/salik/any other traffic violation/damage to the vehicle/all extras other than the rental amount. (You can also use credit card of your friend or family as a guarantee & that person needs to accompany you at the time of rental). An authorization will be obtained at time of rental and only on return of the vehicle, will the corresponding charges be posted to the credit card.
Valid Driving license requirement
International renters or authorized drivers must present a valid drivers' license from their country of origin.
If the drivers' license is in a language other than English, a valid International Drivers Permit must also be presented.
For UAE residents: Only UAE license is allowed which must be 1 year old from the date of issue. If not then residents can provide their home country license as a supporting document to rent a car.
Inter Emirate Transfer Cost of AED 100 would be charged if vehicle’s drop off location is falling in a different region. It is a flat charge billed in addition to the per day cost of the rental.
·Dubai region includes our branches located in Dubai, Sharjah, Fujairah & Ras Al Khaimah.
·Abu Dhabi region includes our branches located in Abu Dhabi only. Al Ain region include branches in Al Ain.
·Western region includes Ruwais Mall branch.
Unlimited mileage up to 29 days.
Excess amount is AED 2500. Purchasing the CDW will reduce the liability of the customer to AED 1250 and additional purchase of SCDW will reduce the liability to zero.
Customer will be responsible for the settlement of the insurance excess or deductible amount which is listed on the vehicle hire agreement. In the event of any damage or loss [including fire and theft] caused to the vehicle, provided it is used, operated or driven in conformity with the vehicle agreement.
NOTE: A valid police report is mandatory
Prepaid rates are strictly non-discountable and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer. All rentals are subject to standard terms and conditions of the Fast Rent A Car Rental Agreement in effect at the time and place of rental.
Only a car category can be confirmed. Specific make/model preferences are subject to availability at the time of rental.
Rental days are based on 24-hour periods commencing at the time of pick up. Additional day charges will apply if the Fast Rent A Car vehicle is kept longer than specified (additional days begin after 1 hour grace period and will be billed at the available public rate)
In case of collecting / dropping off the car from Dubai International Airport, customer has to pay parking charges of AED 20. At Abu Dhabi International Airport, parking fees is AED 25.
Sharjah Airport Parking is free.
Chauffeur charges are AED 300 per day (a maximum period of 8 hours). If the customer exceeds this limit, a charge of AED 35/hour is applicable. Overnight chauffeur service is available at AED 350 for Abu Dhabi & AED 250 for Dubai Region.
Changes in the Reservation
The customer may amend its reservation free of charge online through Edit Booking button through our website. Amendment to the reservation may affect the rental rates and may require a new Fast Rent A Car booking confirmation to be issued. If you make a change, we will re-calculate your rental changes based on the current prices which may be more or less than the price originally booked. Changes in the details of the renter & pick-up location will not be accepted. If you want to changes these, you have to cancel the booking and make a fresh reservation.
The customer may cancel its reservation view/ modify/ cancel button. Cancellations made through the Fast Rent A Car reservation web site will take effect at the date and time the cancellation is successfully recorded in the Fast Rent A Car reservation system. A cancellation confirmation will be sent to the customer. The customer may cancel the reservation free of charge up to 4 days before the check-out start time.
If the customer fails to collect the vehicle on the rental start date and has failed to notify Fast Rent A Car in due time, one-day rental will be charged to the customer.
Prepaid Reservations (Pay Online)
If you fail to collect the vehicle on the Pick-up Date & time, we reserve the right to make a No Show/Lost Rental Charge to recovers our administration costs and compensate us for our inability to rent the vehicle when it was reserved for your use.
We will refund your prepayment, less the No Show Charge, if you write to us within 7 days of the Pick-up Date.
Non Prepaid Reservations (Pay at Location)
Your vehicle will be reserved and made available to you. Should you fail to pick up the vehicle within 2 hour from the pick-up time and date, or in the case of airport rentals, within 3 hours of the flight arrival time if a flight number has been provided to FAST, the reservation stands cancelled and customer has to take the car as per the prevailing counter rate.
No refunds shall be given for unused days for rentals ended early (i.e. the customer returns the vehicle before the end of the agreed rental period) or late collections, if the customer fails to collect the vehicle on the rental start date or cancellations made after the due rental start date.
Please note: Refunds on you purchases are done automatically are done seamlessly after we receive your cancellation request. However depending upon individual’s bank requirement, the amount may take up to a month to reflect in your card statement.
Nature of the agreement
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In particular, nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect the statutory rights of any consumer or exclude or restrict any liability for death or personal injury arising from the negligence of Fast Rent A Car. You expressly acknowledge and agree that Fast Rent A Car, its officers, directors, owners, employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.
Terms of booking on this website
The rates on this website are often heavily discounted. This is due to our negotiated rates and bulk buying power. On very rare occasions, a rate may be displayed incorrectly due to our, or a vehicle supplier's error. In such a case, if you book with us at a quoted rate that is incorrect, we will notify you of any price change and give you the option to proceed or cancel. We make every effort to keep information on our site up to date, but we cannot guarantee this website is free of errors or omissions and retain the right to update or change the information published at any time.
To the extent permitted by law we/the owners of this website will not be liable to you or to any third party (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to any accident, injury, delay or loss of enjoyment) arising out of your reliance upon information contained on this website, including but not limited to your use (or inability to use) any products or services described or procured through this website.
When you pick up your vehicle, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with the supplier of the vehicle. Your rental and use of the vehicle will be governed by the terms of the rental agreement and any other documentation or information provided to you by the supplier at the time you pick up your vehicle. The rental agreement is between you and the supplier and we will not be liable to you or to any third party in relation to the terms of the supplier’s rental agreement or any other documentation provided to you by the supplier at the time of pick up.
While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness of any vehicle. We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.
Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice. The deposit required to secure your vehicle (as shown on the secure booking page) will only be processed on your credit card when your booking is confirmed.
A booking is confirmed when you have been emailed a confirmation voucher and at this stage the deposit is processed on your card and becomes non-refundable and any cancellation fees stated in the supplier's terms apply. Upon receipt of your confirmation, please check your details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any incorrect details, as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date.
If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.
In booking on this website you acknowledge that we disclose your information to your selected Supplier in order to provide the requested rental services.
Please note that some suppliers treat an amendment as a new booking and apply the rate current at the time the amendment is made to recalculate the entire booking amount (not just the days changed). If the rental period is increased, an additional deposit may be required. If the rental period is shortened which results in a reduction of the rental charges, the deposit amount will remain unchanged, and the difference between the original and revised deposit is forfeited (it cannot be used towards remaining rental charges). To request a change to a confirmed booking, please use the alterations request link on your confirmation. Any alterations are subject to availability and the approval of the supplier. In addition to the alteration policy of the supplier stated in their terms, the following charges will apply:
Car rental alterations (all charges stated in local currency):
To change dates or times that result in a recalculation of rental rates, or to change vehicles or locations: 25.00
To add or remove extras to/from a confirmed booking: 10.00
The alteration fee will not be charged if your alteration request is not possible.
Vehicle Capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.
We are committed to providing a quality service and aim for complete customer satisfaction. In the event of cancellation, any refunds or penalties are detailed in the terms and conditions of your selected vehicle that you are asked to read and accept at time of booking. In the event you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.
